Medicare prescription drug coverage
Rx a.k.a. Part D, covers both brand-name
and generic prescription drugs at participating pharmacies in your area.
Everyone with Medicare is eligible for this
coverage, regardless of income, assets, health status, or current
prescription expenses. Many of the plans cover the gap or
donut hole, just be sure to read the illustrations, brochures and drug
formularies, below.
There are two ways to get
Medicare prescription drug coverage. You can join a Medicare prescription
drug plan or you can join a Medicare Advantage Plan
or other Medicare Health Plan that offers drug coverage.
You may sign up right through our site,
for Part D Rx, a Medicare Advantage Plan or a
Medi-Gap - Supplement Plan. Open Enrollment is from
from November 15, 2007 - December 31, 2007 and then
your coverage will begin January 1, 2008
