Healthy Families - Coverage for Children in Low Income Families that make too much money to get into Medi-cal, but not enough for private programs.  The parents can then just pay for private coverage for themselves.

Access for Infants and Mothers (AIM) program provides low cost health - medical  insurance coverage to moderate income  women who are ALREADY pregnant and their infants.

Employer Coverage (AB 1672)

COBRA & Cal Cobra is for those on group plans who lose their employment

HIPAA is basically for those whose 18 or 36 months  of COBRA have expired and unfortunately don't qualify for coverage in the regular marketplace.
