MR. MIP brochure, handbook and Application Revision 1/1/2008 This is GUARANTEED COVERAGE for Pre-Existing Conditions!
This page and information is here as a Public Service (Leviticus 19:9). as are not paid by Mr. Mip. anything near what it costs us to take the time to properly explain or enroll anyone in their program. The brochure above pretty much explains everything you need to know. Of course you can call Mr. Mip directly or ask another agent.
If you want our help in discussing this program, there is a $100/hour consultation fee which you may pay in 15 minute increments. If you want us to process your application to the best of our ability that would be an additional $100, which would include service work for as long as you have Mr. Mip. Mr. Mip does not require you to pay this fee - see page 4 of their brochure & application - on the other hand, they don't require licensed agents to offer their time to help people enroll. You may contact them directly. We will waive the fee if you or a family member have or get other coverage with us.
