The Feller Settlement
allows Open Enrollment

Under the Feller Blue Cross Settlement, if you have a rate change for 5.1.2012 you can change plans from 4.20.2012 to 6.4.2012. ^{(4.17.2012 Notice)} without any medical questions being asked.

In addition, those settlement class members who are sill enrolled in Closed Block Plans will be provided an additional benefit in the form of a rate cap limiting the amount of future rate increases. ^{feller blue cross settlement.com/}

If you want to change plans, email us, we can then have you appoint us as your Blue Cross Agent/Broker at NO additional cost and send you the  Change Form, rather than an entire application with Medical Questions.

The California Insurance Code also provides a guarantee to transfer to a plan with lower benefits with a simple change form.   Check out the plan transfer chart.
